RSVPify

Ester helped RSVPify develop a full-featured responsive web app and redesigned its website to communicate improved functionality. The core challenge of the project was building a branded app that would still be themeable for the end-users, supporting white-label event portfolios. We should modernize the application, upgrading the functionalities to bring party vendors a more customized dynamic management experience. That provision covered custom registration forms, audience tracking, guest and contact list management, appointment scheduling, online ticketing, and product sales boarding.

Since the software caters to enterprise clients along with B2C customers, flawless service for both was the priority. However, narrow customization for enterprise-grade management required scope of features that could puzzle non-specialists involved. We had to balance those two objectives without compromising the accessibility for none of the customer groups. The ultimate goal was to adapt those complex changes to mobile, guaranteeing faultless app performance.

Analyzing requirements and possibilities, we knew we wanted to build a comprehensive system of customizable instruments as a part of RSVPify. To get a precise solution, we explored the event industry competition and market. The client closely cooperated with us and trusted most of our decisions, which made the work even more proficient.

The registration process is the first interaction with the app, so it requires special attention. While searching for excellent form design implementation, our team analyzed various website builders. Creating it simple, easy to navigate, and imprinted into the RSVPify brand, still allowing customization for end-user needs, we moved further.

The same customizable as the registration form, guest, and contact lists also needed to be synced with sales and marketing tools. To hit that target, we analyzed different CRMs to pick the one that would help RSVPify treat its users with the attention and value they deserve. One more thing about guest management was the tracking system that enabled hosts to audit the audience’s preferences with notes, badges, and filters. As for the contact list, we enabled tagging as a way to organize and power personalized experiences.

To broadcast those functionality updates, we also needed to refresh the RSVPify website. Following the brand’s core values and specifications, we developed a visual with beautiful illustrations that would show the full-featured, dynamic nature of their service and captivate potential customers.

Since we approached the iterative strategy, we aimed to build up the app gradually, and after the prototype stage, we knew the prioritization of features was necessary. We ranked and organized potential functions based on customer value, technical viability, and business goals. To achieve better feasibility, together with the client, we decided to shift a customizable check-in process into a separate application. It enabled us to launch an easy self-check-in, accessible from any device (desktop, tablet, and mobile) and empowered with detailed guest data reporting.

As a result, RSVPify applicants earn a more customizable on-brand event management. Although the app is still in process, we ensure it delivers the same high-level, comprehensive experience for B2B and B2C clients. With an easy and productive instrument package and extensive template bundle, hosts can organize brilliant event proposals of every type. As for the end-users, they can now enjoy a spotless self-check-in process. Thus, RSVPify will satisfy everyone engaged and bring the most of their service to the public.
